description
NHS Milton Keynes CCG is seeking to procure an Integrated Urgent Care service for the population of Milton Keynes. The service will receive telephone calls via the 111 number and triage those calls using a Clinical Decision Support System. Where appropriate, callers will be warm transferred to a clinician who may either be based within the Integrated Urgent Care Service or an external provider as part of a virtual Clinical Hub. The outcome of the calls will be one of the following:
