description

Quotations are invited for the provision of a Health and Social Care Sector Growth Plan. The Council’s detailed requirements are defined in the Specification.

Our aim is to devise and implement a Health and Social Care Sector Growth Plan (SGP) for Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR) that will quantify the importance of the sector to the local economy, identify the investment needed to develop and transform it and identify the future skills and labour market needs.

The primary purpose of the H&SC SGP will be to underpin and shape Economic Strategy development, work programmes and funding decisions, through the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership (LLEP) and the anticipated Leicester and Leicestershire Combined Authority.

The work must be undertaken between August 2016 and December 2016 with the final report to be signed off by the LLEP Business Board by Thursday 1st December 2016.

The budget available for this work is £30,000.
