Swindon Borough Council is looking to procure a provision for Opportunities for Adults with a Learning Disability that will provide the following:
The requirement of the service will be to offer an opportunity for adults with a learning disability to access learning opportunities for short courses to develop their employability and independent living skills. There will be an expectation that service users will be enabled to move on from this service provision.
The provider will be expected to work with individuals and/or small groups to gain the skills and achieve the outcomes identified in their plan over a set period.
All 121 and targeted group sessions will have clearly defined session plans and measureable success criteria linked to the plans of the individuals attending.

The initial contract term will be for 36 months with no option to extend.
Estimated contract spend is between £ 110,000 and £150,000 across the 3 year contract term.

RFQ Responses are required to be submitted no later than 29th March 2019, 12:00:00 hrs UK Local time by e-mail to Claire Smith csmith@swindon.gov.uk only.
