NHS England (Midlands) - Midlands Prisons - Market Engagement questionnaire

NHS England are looking to undertake a multi lot procurement for healthcare services in a number of prisons in the Midlands area. It will be run as one invitation to tender but with multiple lots.

This notice is to notify the market of NHS England's intention to procure these services and undertake market engagement to gain an understanding of the market's view on how the procurement may be configured.

The prisons/establishments requiring the provision of Healthcare Services are :-

HMP Lowdham Grange

HMP Nottingham

HMP Ranby

HMP Whatton

HMP Morton Hall

HMP Lincoln

HMP North Sea Camp

HMP Hewell

HMP Long Lartin

Swinderby Short Term Holding Facility

Services required include

• primary care (including GP, dental, optometry, nursing, pharmacy and therapies)
• mental health (primary and secondary care)
• substance misuse (clinical and psychosocial)

Services will be required to be fully operational by 1st April 2024.
