R&D/065-P187 Software Development

The SparkFund Programme is looking for a suitable supplier to develop software for a SparkFund beneficiary.

In order to bid the suppliers must be able to demonstrate and/or comply with the following requirements:

1. Significant track record of successful delivery of iOS, Android and web browser apps in the Education sector
2. Customer references in the UK Education sector
3. Established in-house skillsets (no use of external contractors or third parties) for ALL of the following technologies:

Languages - PHP, TypeScript

Frameworks - Laravel (with Nova addon), React, React Native

Cache and queues - Redis

Data - Firebase, MySQL

4. Capability to provide a variety of multimedia digital content including web sites, video and digital animation
5. Subject to COVID regulations, the beneficiary expects to hold face-to-face meetings and workshops at key stages of the project. These will be held at offices or local promises in East Riding of Yorkshire. Suppliers must be prepared to cover their own costs in attending these.
