| o | Façade and glazing, |
| o | Roof systems, |
| o | Structure, |
| o | Floor coverings, |
| o | Decorations, |
| o | Ceiling systems, |
| o | Woodwork/ doors/ fitted furniture, |
| - | Classify/ rank the condition of the above, |
| - | Generate development plans to improve the classification/ rack of the above, |
| - | Identify cost of such; |
| o | For internal reporting, |
| o | For internal funding request, |
