A CCTV survey of the underground and aboveground drainage relating to the development site is required. The site is bounded by Downs Road, Clapton Way, Della Path, Brackenfield Close, Gliddon Drive, Monro Way, Worsley Grove and Midhurst Way with an approximate Grid Reference of TQ 34427 85985.
