DUD - Bulk Rubbish Removal including House Cleans, Disinfestations, Fly Tipping & Garden Clearances

Dudley MBC's Housing Services is inviting tenders from suitably experienced contractors to undertake Bulk Rubbish Removal including House Cleans, Disinfestations, Fly Tipping & Garden Clearances.

The contract will deliver the following aspects: Standard and specialist cleaning, house cleans to void council owned properties, disinfestations, disinfection, needle sweeps, bulk rubbish removal from the inside and outside of council owned properties, and garden clearance/tidying to council owned properties throughout the Dudley Borough. Provision is also required for a 365 day responsive service for the removal of fly tipping within the Borough.

It would not be appropriate to split this contract into lots.

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council is PAS 91 compliant and will be utilising the PAS 91 document as part of the quality aspect of this tender.

PAS 91 is a standardised selection criteria questionnaire which has been developed to reduce the need for contractors to complete a variety of different selection criteria questionnaires for different, and in some cases, the same clients. Developed by the British Standards Institute (BSI), the question set has been commissioned by Government and is a recommended common minimum standard for construction procurement.
