Gainsborough Primary School Façade Repairs

Hackney Council is seeking an experienced contractor with specialist expertise in working with heritage buildings, lime mortar and historic masonry to undertake repairs to Gainsborough Primary School, Berkshire Road, Hackney, London E9 5ND. The scope of works includes repair, refurbishment and redecoration of the external elevations and roofs of the existing school buildings, as well as remedial works to boundary walls. The Council invites competitive tenders from suitable contractors for a single stage fixed price contract to run from beginning of May to end of August 2018.
