This relates to the purchase of custom-made sequence capture RNA probe kit HIV whole genome sequencing from Roche. The kit is for 48 reactions with a capacity of 24 samples per reaction. The probes are to be used for a BHIVA-funded project to which aims to compare HIV-1 whole genome sequencing with rouine pol sequencing to describe HIV transmission clusters, better understand HIV transmission and inform public health interventions.
