A range of general property services to be drawn down on an instruction by-instruction basis for various projects which might include (not exhaustive):
- Property management and associated services;
- Agency advice, including leasing, acquisition, disposal and brokers opinion of value;
- General strategic and development consultancy advice;
- Valuation advice;
- Development viability / feasibility work, and financial projections;
- Market intelligence reports;
