The contract to undertake a Theory of Change evaluation for the Local Growth Fund has been awarded to a single supplier.
It is anticipated that the research will help to provide an understanding of the following:
| 1. | What change in the wider economy can be anticipated / expected through the local growth fund programme, looking at proximate and wider/unintended effects? |
| 2. | How can the LLEP and/or the Project Sponsors best quantify that change? |
| 3. | To what extent can the LLEP/Project Sponsors claim attribution in the wider economic context, recognising that outcomes are not yet achievable, |
| 4. | What learning can be determined from the delivery of the LGF that can inform the LLEP on the type of projects most suitable to specific funding routes? |
| 5. | What would improve the delivery of outputs and achievement of outcomes in the LGF |
| 6. | The LLEP would also be interested in any specific thematic observations determined from the study, for example, how skills interacts with regeneration projects |
