This is a continuation of the water quality and substrate monitoring carried out during August, September and October 2014 to ensure conditions are suitable for both the remaining freshwater pearl mussels still in Dubbs Beck and before we can consider re-introducing mussels presently at the captive breeding programme at the Freshwater Biological
