PLEASE NOTE - This requirement is only open to Registered Providers as defined in section 80 of the Housing Regeneration Act 2008.
Norwich City Council (NCC) is seeking a Registered Provider (RP) partner to deliver a contractual start on site during 2016 for at least 66 new affordable dwellings, designed to meet HCA design and quality standards. Dwellings to be completed by 31 March 2018 in line with the scope of works set out within the tender documentation.
