University of Bristol (UoB) appointed Perfect Circle Joint Venture Limited(PCJV) for the provision of services for RIBA Stage 5 Manufacturing and Construction stage for the academic building(CM1) within the Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus under a call off from the Scape Group National Built Environment Consultancy Services framework(the Call off Contract). Aecom Infrastructure and Environment UK Limited (Aecom) as Principal Supply Partner appointed a number of Sub-consultants under the Call off Contract, inc: Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios LLP, Buro Happold Ltd, Grant Associates, Jones Lang LaSalle Ltd and other specialist sub-consultants to provide elements of the services within their professional disciplines .

The appointments will ensure consistency of service. Following completion of the services referred to in the notice published 31/05/2022, PCJV and Sub-consultants will continue to be appointed to carry out services during the Manufacturing and Construction stage, including: project management, contract administration, Employers Agent for the Construction Contract, cost management and technical advisory services.

The value of the call-off is £4,153,830.
