The Riverside Group has several Heritage properties that require a specialist Heritage Contractor to complete the works.

The general scope of works will include plaster works, damp and mould work , supply & installation of kitchens & bathrooms, windows & doors, installation of new boilers, general internal and external works .

We anticipate the first property location will be in Newcastle but we would be interested to hear from contractors who also cover other areas across England and Scotland as well as national contractors.

Please note that the contract dates on this notice have no bearing on any of the works, when subsequent tenders are published they will have the relevant contract periods included.
