Procurement of Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS) GP services for the villages of Creswell & Langwith

Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGEM CSU) on behalf of NHS England (North Midlands) and Hardwick Clinical Commissioning Group (the Contracting authority) are inviting suitably qualified providers to deliver an Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS) GP services for the villages of Creswell & Langwith in Bolsover district of Derbyshire. The Contracts will be for a period of 10 years with an option to extend for up to 5 years (60 months). The ITT is now available and the deadline for responses is 12:00, 04.12.15. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to require groupings of contractors to take a particular legal form or to require 1 party to undertake primary legal liability or to require that each party undertakes joint and several liability.
