Cambridgeshire County Council wishes to appoint a long term (potentially 10 - 15 years) strategic partner for its post 2017 Highway Services delivery. The services are expected to change throughout the lifetime of the contract to gain the best of a private sector / public sector partnership and as the Council's needs change.
