Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

To obtain the Pre Qualification Questionnaire, suppliers register on the Delta E-Sourcing website and the deadline for requesting the PQQ is 20.11.2015 at 17:00hrs and the deadline for submitting your response(s) is 23.11.2015 at 12:00 hrs (noon). Please ensure that you allow yourself plenty of time when responding to this invite prior to the closing date and time, especially as you will need to upload a soft copy of your PQQ onto the Delta E-Sourcing website.

To provide Planned Preventative Maintenance Services as per the schedule provided by Colchester Borough Council, which will cover:

1. Air Conditioning, 2) Anchor Points, 3) Automatic Entrance Doors, 4) Blending Valves, 5) Boiler Servicing, 6) Catering Equipment, 7) Fire Extinguishers, 8) Fixed Wire and PAT Testing, 9) Generator Servicing, 10) Lift Maintenance, 11) Lightning Conductors, 12) Pressurisation Systems, 13) Trend BMS, 14) Water Ventilating, 15) Intruder & Security Alarms/ Door Entry/ Emergency Lighting & Warden Call.

Contractors can apply for any of the 15 Lots or can provide a managed service under Lot 16.
