Housing Environmental Improvement works – Various addresses

Medway Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable Contractor and invites contractors to submit a quotation to meet the Council's requirements set out in this Invitation to Quote (ITQ). It's the council's intention to award all works to one Principal contractor. The Council is targeting to have awarded this contract no later than 29th August 2016 with a subsequent commencement onsite date of 05th September 2016. The estimated value of the whole works, ranges from £60,000 - £70,000. The estimated Contract period will be 7 - 8 weeks with no option to further extension, unless this timeframe is deemed unachievable by the tendering contractors, or is terminated by the employer in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract. The general scope of works to be undertaken includes, but not limited to the following: Hard and soft landscaping, vehicle line marking, bollards and other landscaping/external works. External landscaping and external works as per the attached Employers Requirements across various residential sites within Medway.
