End of Life Services - Hillingdon CCG

Hillingdon CCG is currently reviewing some of our End of Life Care services. Our initial focus is to invite relevant providers to share their experience of delivering similar services and how they might approach implementing a service from 2017/18. We are particularly interested in hearing from providers who are able to offer insights to some of the challenges to improve upon integration across health and social care. We hope that your responses will help us to determine our route to market and the level of interest within the market will indicate whether it would be appropriate for us to invite bids via a competitive tender process.

A draft Memorandum of Information (MoI), and an engagement questionnaire has been developed to capture input from providers to help inform the CCG’s key decisions around this service.

Note: An expression of interest does not represent a commitment to participate in any subsequent procurement process, nor does it infer any advantage against those providers who do submit an interest. Neither this notice nor any organisation’s expression of interest commit the CCG to undertake any procurement of End of Life Care services & the CCG has a right to withdraw the notice.

Providers are invited to express their interest in the early engagement via emailing the completed questionnaire to alice_donovan1@nhs.net. THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS is 12 NOON, 12th August 2016.
