Provision of Acoustic Cameras

The Authority is looking to purchase the following equipment:

1. no. portable system that uses microphones to provide real-time high resolution imaging with 64 microphones and a sampling rate of 200 kHz with beamforming from 800 Hz and beamforming up to 60 kHz, a complete carrying case and memory up to 512 GB.

1. no. portable system that uses microphones to provide real-time high resolution imaging with 72 microphones and a sampling rate of 200 kHz with beamforming from 2 Hz and beamforming up to 100 kHz.

Applicable software that can be used to capture the data stream provided by the devices that can be transferred to another computing to utilize additional processing algorithms to analyse the collected data.

Interested parties should provide:

• a firm, fixed quote, valid for 60 days. Any currency variation should be clearly indicated.
• a signed, completed copy of the Form of Agreement (provided as an attachment to this notice)
• a signed copy of the Ethics Statement (provided as an attachment to this notice)
• any technical literature to support their bid

Bidders MUST accept our Terms and Conditions (a copy of which is attached to this notice for information)

Bidders should also provide their bank details on letter headed paper.

A copy of the evaluation model is attached. The winning bidder will be the lowest bid that meets the technical specification with an acceptable leadtime and has provided all the documents requested in this notice.
