766 Energy Brokerage Services

Nottingham Trent University are looking to appoint a third party to fulfil the following energy brokerage and procurement services:-

•Procurement of all electricity and gas for the University

•Provide advice and guidance on the most suitable strategy for the University to meet its energy procurement needs whilst protecting budgets and ensuring value for money •The development of an energy risk management strategy for the University, which will be used to steer the energy procurement process. •Run and manage any required energy tenders and ensure OJEU compliance

•Advice on the current and future state of the energy market

•Forward forecasting of energy costs that the University will face

•Full transparency with regards to energy trades and costs (to include any commission)

•Full transparency of costs of your services (to include annual cost and commission)

•Regular market intelligence reports, to include any regulatory charges that might impact on cost

•Regular meetings to review performance of the contracts, risk management strategy and future strategies (at least 4 per annum) •A dedicated account manager to act as a primary point of contact

•Data provided indicating fully delivered cost of energy procured and value at risk of any energy yet to be procured.

The University will also be interested in the option to procure the following additional services and any others you may be able to offer in respect of it’s requirements: •CRC management and audits

•Retrospective audits of utility bills

•Bill validation services

•ESOS support

•Energy audits and identification of reduction measures

•AMR services
