Dolgellau Fire Station Heating Upgrade

North Wales Fire & Rescue Service seek a suitably experienced and qualified plumbing and heating engineering contractor to complete the works at their Dolgellau Fire and Training Centre and to upgrade their heating system. This will be a in two stages; with stage 1 boiler house/plant room refurbishment of a gas central heating system, all associated plant to be upgraded, Installation of BMS controls Trend, (Building Management System) along with the replacement of their appliance bay high-level heaters. This will be a like for like gas upgrade to offer an improved 98% efficiency rating.

This tender is for the stage 1 upgrade. An expected 8wk programme of work.

Mae Gwasanaeth Tân ac Achub Gogledd Cymru yn chwilio am gontractwr cymwys a phrofiadol i ddiweddaru eu system wresogi yng Nghanolfan Dân a Hyfforddi Dolgellau. Bydd hwn yn digwydd mewn dau gam: cam 1 - ail-wampio system wresogi nwy yn ystafell y boiler, popeth i'w ddiweddaru, Gosod BMS (Systemau Rheoli Adeilad) ynghyd ag ail-osod gwresogyddion lefel uchel. Bydd hwn yn ddiweddariad nwy tebyg at ei debyg ar gyfer gwelliant graddio effeithiolrwydd 98%.

Mae'r tendr hwn ar gyfer diweddariad cam 1. Disgwylir i'w gwaith gymryd 8 wythnos.
