TVHA - Cisco Support & Maintenance and associated ad-hoc equipment purchase - PP851

TVHA wish to procure Cisco Hardware and Software Support and Maintenance for the TVHA Cisco estate. The following locations are to be covered with 24hr, 7days per week with a 4 hour response time (24x7x4): • Twickenham • Hammersmith • Tooting • Woking

• Hillingdon. It is expected that the successful tenderer will be a Cisco Gold Partner. The term of contract is for an initial term of three years with an option to extend annually up to a maximum of five years.
