Older Adults Physical Activity Pathway

The aim of the Older Adults Physical Activity Pathway is to outline the public health outcomes of increasing physical activity participation for older adults, specifically targeting residents who are over 60, who may be frail, had a fall (injurious / non-injurious) or at risk of a fall.
