This is a Call-Off Contract from The Crown Commercial Services Workplace Services (FM Marketplace Phase 2) - RM6089.
This Call-Off contract has been conducted by the Shared Services Alliance on behalf of Magnox Ltd (Buyer) and Cluster Members; Direct Rail Services Limited (DRS), Dounreay Site Restoration Limited (DSRL) & Radioactive Waste Management (RWM)
Security Personnel (Manned Guarding) Services to keep each of the Buyer's and Cluster Members locations safe, secure and compliant.
To provide Security Personnel Services across the Buyer and Cluster Members locations. The Services must be delivered without reducing the Buyer and Cluster Members operational capability, whilst retaining regulatory compliance.
To deliver and perform Services within conventional offices, plant areas and also within controlled area boundaries.
All Services must be delivered in a safe and compliant manner.
Suppliers will be required to provide a responsive and flexible Service, whilst maintaining a cost effective delivery.
Ongoing support to the Buyer's locations that are in Care and Maintenance (C&M) states shall be a key requirement of the Call-Off Contract and increasing levels of Supplier autonomy shall be required on the levels of Service delivery.
Additional Services that may be required by the Buyer and Cluster Members during the execution of the Call-Off Contract include:

Additional information: This Call-Off Contract will be subject to an initial call off duration of 3 years and 5 months (% months mobilisation and Transition) with 2 further optional Call-Off periods of 1 year duration each.
