description
Cambridge City Council is seeking contractors to do structural works for the Bermuda Estate. It covers six blocks of two, three and four storeys. There are seventy-three existing residential properties (that are a mix of Council tenants and leaseholders) two garage blocks, community room and various external communal areas.

The Council is seeking to award a contract for the provision of the following work:
| • | Concrete repairs |
| • | Bed joint reinforcement and cavity tying using Helifix bar with resin anchors where appropriate |
| • | Installing movement joints and reinforcement. |
| • | Cutting away steel canopy from external walls to install movement joints, removing lead flashing, reinstatement of the structure. |

| • | Redecoration communal area surfaces |
| • | Cleaning glazed walkway structures |
| • | Surface treatment to corroded steel on glazing units |
| • | Installing additional loft insulation |
| • | Cold bridging mitigation work |
| • | Replacing terrace coverings |
