Adult ADHD Digital Assessment and Treatment Service (Waitlist)

NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (referred to as the Commissioner) are inviting suitably qualified and experienced Providers to express their interest in delivering an Adult (18+) only ADHD assessment, diagnosis, and treatment service.

The Commissioners have an Adult ADHD Assessment and Treatment offer through the local Trust, Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust. This is a successful small team. However, with the advent of Covid-19, partnered with an exponential increase in referrals, Commissioners need to commission a service to assist with the current wait list. Alongside this further work is happening to look at how Commissioners can re-design the service to meet increased needs. Some of the future planning will be a consideration of whether a 'digital pathway' could assist with meeting future demands.

Commissioners are not seeking a service that provides patient choice, they are explicitly looking for a Single / Lead Provider to work in partnership with the Secondary Mental Health Provider to reduce their waitlist.

The service being tendered is to provide an adult ADHD digital solution to assist with expediating waitlists. Commissioners are looking for a Provider who can provide ADHD assessment, diagnosis and treatment and commit to patients being transferred back to their GP, under shared care arrangements.

The successful provider will only be receiving referrals from the Secondary Mental Health Provider, Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust (NSFT).
