The purpose of this feasibility study is to:
| - | Provide an outline strategy for the provision of sufficient EV chargepoints to meet actual and latent demand. |
| - | Identify the most appropriate motorway service area sites at which to: |
| o | pilot the first mass provision of EV chargepoints. |
| o | rollout the first phase (approximately 8 MSAs) to provide inter-'large economic centre' motorway coverage. |
| - | Provide a 'ballpark estimate' high level costed project plan for the pilot |
| - | Provide an operational model for the operation of mass provision of EV Chargepoints at an MSA. |
