Liverpool City Council is seeking suppliers to provide, implement and support an e-Learning authoring solution to enable the Learning and Development Service to design and develop a suite of e-Learning courses in-house. We require licences for up to 12 users to develop content, although no more than 8 users are envisaged to be online at any one time. Term: 36 Months The solution should not include a Learning Management System (LMS) or Learning Content Management System (LCMS); we are looking solely for an e-Learning authoring tool.
