Chichester Free School - Development of Carmelite Convent

Chichester Free School is redeveloping the former Carmelite Convent Site accessed from Hunston Road, south of Chichester town centre. The development includes the construction of a new 2FE Primary School and the refurbishment / remodelling of the existing convent buildings to accommodate a 4FE Secondary School cohort including external landscape works. The School Trust is seeking to appoint a competent and collaborative Principal Contractor for the design and construction of the project.
