Newry, Mourne and Down District Council (the "Council") owns, operates and manages Kilbroney Park, Rostrevor and wishes to appoint a supplier to operate the existing café facility within the Park and to provide a supporting mobile vending service.
The Council seeks to support and advocate for a welcoming district which is progressive, healthy and sustainable, providing better economic, environmental and social outcomes for all. The Forest Parks within the Council are important in meeting Council objectives to:
