ITT Framework-Skills Service

West Yorkshire Consortium of Colleges (WYCC) is inviting applications from new providers to increase capacity and capability in our supply chain to ensure we continue to meet and address the skills needs of employees in SMEs across the Leeds City Region. Provision secured through this Framework Agreement will be added to and promoted through the Skills Catalogue to businesses and WYCC will contract with successful providers to deliver their offer to employers.

Framework providers will bolster and enhance our Skills Service offer to businesses through making available additional in-demand skills and competencies to employees that will:

Improve staff motivation, leadership, communication and teamwork

Increase staff retention

Enhance employee involvement and commitment to the company

Ensure higher levels of financial performance by SME employers

Address the challenges set out in Leeds City Region ESIF Strategy and The Leeds City Region Employment and Skills Plan through building workforce skills
