description
West Yorkshire Consortium of Colleges (WYCC), through their Higher Performing Workplaces (HPW) project, is inviting applications from Providers to deliver training programmes for SME employers and their employees in the Leeds City Region.
HPW aims to:
- Improve staff motivation, leadership, communication and teamwork
- Increase staff retention
- Enhance employee involvement and commitment
- Ensure higher levels of financial performance
WYCC is seeking providers across the following Lots:
- Interventions for export and innovation to enable SMEs to access new markets
- Innovative working and employment practices
- Leadership skills with specific interventions to support female employees to narrow the gender gap in leadership positions
- Development of effective HR practices
Training will be 40% part funded by the European Social Fund (ESF), enabling employers to access quality training at a reduced cost.
Evaluation
Applicants will be appraised and evaluated based on the Technical Submission (70%) and Value (30%).
