Ofcom requires international reaching research, primarily to support Ofcom's work for the upcoming Online Safety regime, specifically to support to creation of a user-centric long-term end-to-end digital support service to help regulated business to comply with their new duties set out in the Online Safety Act and promote compliance amongst this group.
We need user research to underpin the design of the digital support service - first of all to understand the needs of these businesses through a discovery phase, before moving into alpha testing of early prototypes of the service.
