London Borough of Barnet wish to appoint a supplier to provide Hybrid Meeting/Webcast Solution this will be through delivery of a service and supply contract providing the following:
| 1. | The initial installation of the hardware (microphones, cameras, equipment, etc.) and provision of warranties. |
| 2. | The ongoing maintenance and support cost of the webcasting and/or hybrid meeting equipment for the duration of the contract term |
| 3. | Disposal of obsolete equipment in accordance with WEEE Regulations 2013 (as amended) |
This requirement is to be provided at Hendon Town Hall, The Burroughs, London NW4 4BG.
