PHE wishes to commission prevalence models and prevalence estimates for the following conditions:
| • | Depression |
| • | Hypertension: Diagnosed and undiagnosed hypertension (using clinical definition of > 140 systolic or > 90 diastolic) |
| • | Heart Failure: Heart failure due to left ventricular systolic dysfunction (LVSD) and heart failure with a preserved ejection fraction (HFPEF) |
| • | CVD |
| • | Asthma |
| • | COPD |
The aim is to:
| • | refresh and make widely accessible existing prevalence models |
| • | update and replace existing prevalence estimates which are used in a variety of Public Health England and NHS England information and intelligence tools. |
