DInfoCom/0153 - Provision of R SIGNALS TNA Element 2

Project CADUCEUS has embarked upon a change programme that, in part, aspires to deliver training to the Corps in a modern, efficient, agile and innovative way. It seeks to reduce the time spent in residential training and allow for self-paced learning focussing on the fundamental technical skills that underpin the capability the Corps delivers.

The D Info CADUCEUS team requires the redesign of training for R SIGNALS officers within Career Stage 1 (CS1) as the Corps transitions to the new solider trade structures and training standards. This will support the Masters' Vision and Intent; it will ensure the subsequent training matches both current and near-future Field Army requirements, modern technical leadership skills, and enables our officers as Information Professionals. It will allow for blended learning opportunities, to support R SIGNALS officer development, delivering the right training at the right time throughout CS1. No R SIGNALS training interventions beyond the Troop Commanders' course currently exists.
