Counselling Support Services - AWARD

Raven Housing Trust is a partner on the Working Homes programme with Groundwork London and Croydon Council. The programme is EU / match funded for two years, starting in September 2021, to support the local community to access avenues to improve employment outcomes for households.

One of the main barriers to unemployment is mental health issues and Raven is seeking counselling support services to work with us and our project participants:

• oTo deliver an inclusive and community-based counselling service to participants on the Working Homes programme.
• oTo provide a safe and accessible space for clients to explore difficult or painful issues which are affecting their ability to cope effectively with daily life.
• oTo deliver integrated therapeutic counselling to help participants to understand their feelings and patterns of thinking in order for them to be able to improve their outlook on life, engage actively in the employment programme, be resilient in job search and sustain employment.
• oTo deliver effective and timely support that is appropriate to the client's needs.
• oDeliver a service that provides equality of opportunity to engage and is respectful and inclusive of everyone's needs.

This procurement is being conducted using an open two-stage selection process, in accordance with Raven's Standing Orders procedures for contracts valued between ?5,000 and ?50,000 incl VAT.
