Debt Advisory Services

Raven Housing Trust is seeking a Supply Partner for the provision of debt advisory services, to be undertaken over a 3 year period starting April 2022.

The summary Scope of Requirements is as follows:

• oTo provide specialist debt advice to Raven Housing Trust (Raven) residents who find themselves in financial difficulty. This is to include one off advice and casework
• oTo ensure that debt advice is accessible for any Raven resident who needs it. This must include face to face appointments where possible, as well as telephone and video appointments. Raven's area of operation includes the boroughs of Epsom and Ewell, Sutton, Tandridge, Reigate and Banstead, Crawley and Mid Sussex
• oTo deliver effective and timely support that is appropriate to the client's needs.
• oDeliver a service that provides equality of opportunity to engage and is respectful and inclusive of everyone's needs.
