GB-Telford: The Place in the Park - Big Top - Security

NOTE: This notice was updated on 29 January 2018 for the following reason: Suitable for SMEs. Date for Expressions of Interest amended to 9th February 20182018 marks the 50th Anniversary of Telford and the 50th Birthday of the Place Theatre Oakengates.

As part of the many celebration events throughout the year the Theatre will be transformed into the Town Centre Arena with a 1000 seat big top venue.

We require a full 24 hour security service from Friday 3rd August - Sunday 19th August. The security will be responsible for the Big Top and all of the technical equipment and support equipment and structures on the site at all times.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
