The installation of steel railings to Beehive Lane car park, Loughborough

Charnwood Borough Council are seeking quotations for the supply of extended railings to the top floor of Beehive Lane multi-storey car park in Loughborough

Beehive Lane multi storey car park is a 5 storey building, constructed in the mid-1990s. The car park is a concrete building with steel railings and balustrades on the top floor.

Charnwood Borough Council requires an extension to the existing steel railings to the perimeter of the Beehive Lane car park top floor. The railings are required to improve the safety of the car park and prevent vulnerable persons from climbing on to the existing railings and parapet walls.

Installation of steel deflection guards on the small construction columns are also required.
