Sport England is seeking the delivery by one supplier to undertake the evaluation of all existing Core Market investments and certain potential investments.
The five overall evaluation objectives are to:
- Determine the success of the Core Market investment in sustaining and growing physical activity levels within the core market, including within specific target audiences
- Determine the impact of the Core Market investment on DCMS and Sport England's five strategic outcomes for sport
- Identify what works (and what doesn't), how, in what context and for whom
- Model the return on investment of each fund, and the individual projects within them
- Contribute to a lasting improvement in the monitoring and evaluation approaches of our core market partners.
