This is not an Opportunity. This is a notice to publish the PQQ and ITT documentation for Transparency purposes. The tender is currently at ITT stage with four suppliers who had been successful at PQQ stage. The Contract is currently due to be awarded mid to late September 2021 for a 1st November start.
