The last date to request documentation for the Contract will be Friday 29th July 2016.

Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ)’s will be sent out on Monday 1st August 2016 to all organisations expressing an interest in response to this notice.

The closing date for receipt of completed PQQ’s will be Friday 12th August 2016, which must be emailed to procurement@manchestercentral.co.uk. The tender code must be stated in the email subject.

Following review of PQQ’s, Invitations to Tender (ITT)’s will be sent out to the highest scoring three (3) bidders on Monday 22nd August 2016.

The closing date for receipt of completed tender documentation will be Friday 2nd September 2016, which must be emailed to procurement@manchestercentral.co.uk. The tender code must be stated in the email subject.

Following ITT submission, Manchester Central will conduct site visits with the three (3) bidders and these will be conducted between 5th and 9th September. Following site visits and sample evaluation, the contract will be awarded to the highest scoring bidder.

It is anticipated for the contract to be awarded in September 2016 with a targeted start date of October 2016.

Manchester Central does not undertake to bind itself to accept the lowest price or any individual Tender. Manchester Central will not be liable for any costs incurred in tendering for this contract.
