Vending services at Manchester Central

Manchester Central is currently looking for a Contractor to provide Vending Services at Manchester Central. The Contract will be for a period of two (3) years from the commencement date of services, with an anticipated Contract start date of April 2020.

Estimated annual cost is 26K-30K

The successful supplier will provide vending for staff in our "Crew Room "situated in the buildings back of house area.

Given the dynamic nature of the events industry, the supplier will be expected to fulfil a replenishment service Monday, Wednesday and Friday of every week apart from the close down during the Christmas and new year period. We will potentially have a request for extra replenishment services 3 or 4 times a year during particularly busy event periods.We will require 2 Hot beverage machine which will be free of charge to the user and should be priced with and without Fairtrade products. We require 1 snack machine and 1 cold beverage machine which will be contactless.

The total space available for the 4 machines is Height: 7.8ft, Width: 11.4ft, Depth: 2.8ft to 3ft

The first 2 machines must be Hot beverages as the water pipes are plumbed for this purpose.

It is anticipated for the contract to be awarded by 9th March 2020 with a contract start date of 01st April 2020.
