A Description of the Goods, Services or Works that are being ordered Replacement of existing Emergency Lighting System with a new SMART SELF TEST system. This is due to existing system being obsolete and incurring high replacement costs from suppliers. Site Is a multiuse occupancy site over 4 floors. Due to the lack of EML and therefore lack of illumination of escape routes, urgent replacement is required to ensure continued operations throughout the building. The most economical and sift procedure is single quote with a phased approach to allow relocation of end users. This upgrade will future proof site and can be monitored from via an app / website.
