The purpose of the contract is to provide the following service for Halton Borough Councll:
To undertake Legionella risk assessments and monitoring and testing in accordance with the Health and Safety Executive’s approved Code of Practice L8 (rev) ‘The Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems’ and HSG 274 and carry out remedial works as and when ordered.
Please note that suppliers/contractors bidding must ensure they are a registered member of the Legionella Control Authority.
