MMO South Marine Plans Independent Investigator

The Marine Management Organisation (MMO) is seeking to procure contractors to assist in the organisation and administration of an efficient and cost-effective Independent Investigation for the South inshore and offshore South Marine Plans. The South plans are the second set of plans developed to manage England's marine area. The South Marine Plan areas are very busy with many users and industries. The risk of conflict is therefore high. As the plans go forward for adoption, an Independent Investigation may be required to test and resolve any challenges made by stakeholders regarding the content of the plans. An Independent Investigation will ensure the plans are lawful, sound, fit for purpose and well received.
